Recently, I was commissioned by Shootday to photograph the team at Xero in their Manchester office. My goal was to create clean, approachable, and highly professional staff portraits. As a solo photographer, I handle the entire process from setup to final retouching.

For this session, I utilized my mobile studio setup to transform a standard meeting room into a professional photography space. The gear included my primary camera body, the Canon R6 along with 85mm lens, which delivers high-resolution clarity for commercial property and branding shoots. I used a pure white backdrop and two large strobe lights with diffusers to create bright, even lighting across each subject's face.

This setup ensures 100% consistency for every employee, regardless of the natural light outside. Bringing the studio directly to the client's office is my biggest advantage for corporate clients. It allows the staff to pop in for their session and immediately return to work.
